Hi. I've added a new Espressif ESP32-S3 board called the Neuron to the Espressif Ports/Espressif/Boards folder. This request includes all of the necessary files to compile CircuitPython. Including boards.c, mpconfigboard.h, mpconfigboard.mk, pins.c and sdkconfig
